Channel Infrastructure NZ Limited operates in New Zealand and is listed on the NZX’s Main Board. Channel has also recently listed on the ASX as a foreign exempt issuer. As such, the Company is subject to regulatory control and monitoring by both the NZX, the ASX (to the extent applicable) and the Financial Markets Authority (“FMA”). Channel confirms that for the purposes of the ASX Listing Rule 1.15.3, it has complied with, and continues to comply with, the NZX Listing Rules.

Our Corporate Governance framework sets out our Board’s practices and processes to provide accountability to shareholders for Channel Infrastructure’s actions and performance. Through this framework the Board creates the strategic direction and objectives for the business, identifies and manages our risks, strengthens our business culture and strives to continuously improve our performance

The Board is committed to maintaining the highest standards of corporate governance, business behaviour and accountability. It regularly reviews and assesses the Company’s governance structures and processes to ensure that they are consistent with best practice.
