Channel Infrastructure operates in New Zealand and is listed on the NZX’s Main Board. It is subject to regulatory control and monitoring by both the NZX and the Financial Markets Authority (“FMA”).

Through this framework the Board creates the strategic direction and objectives for the business, identifies and manages our risks, strengthens our business culture and strives to continuously improve our performance
